Fixed Frequency Fork Set
Premium grade aluminum tuning fork set of eight.  Frequencies range from C-256 to C-512.  Set of concert pitch forks ranges from C-261.6 to C-523.2.
Forks are also available separately.

Adjustable 7-Frequency Fork
Demonstrates to students how different weights and mass effect frequency. C-128, D-144, E-160, F-170.7, G-192, A-213.3 and B-240 frequencies are attained by moving weights to calibration marks etched in fork.

Striking Mallets

Three types of striking mallets are offered.  

The Soft Rubber Hammer has a wood dowel with a soft rubber ball.

The Ball Hammer has a 1" firm rubber ball with a delrin dowel.    

The Dual Head Hammer has both rubber and wood striking surfaces with a wood dowel handle.  The wood surface is used to activate high frequency forks; the rubber surface is for low frequencies.

Sympathetic Resonator Set
Demonstrates the principle of sympathetic vibration. The matched set of aluminum tuning forks feature one adjustable and one fixed frequency fork to also demonstrate "beat" phenomenon. (Calibrated hardwood resonator boxes and rubber striking hammer are included.)

Ames Kit for Acoustical Demonstration

Combines tuning fork with half-wave open tube to produce an integrally-coupled tuning fork resonator cavity.  Can be used to demonstrate sympathetic vibration, "beat" phenomenon, energy transfer, Doppler effect, and more.  Kit contains one 880 Hertz tube, one 880 Hertz fork, one 883 Hertz fork and rubber striking pad.  With instructions for conducting experiments.  In fitted case.

Cloth Pouch

Two or eight pocket velvety pouches to carry and store tuning forks.  Available in royal blue or burgundy.
